Athlete University
The blueprint we wish we had when we were younger.
Most families spend thousands chasing opportunities — camps, combines, showcases, highlight services — and still miss the things that actually create them.
Athlete University is the blueprint we wish our families had when we were 16.
What It Is
A Private Community
Athlete University is a private Skool community for young athletes and their parents.
It's hosted by two former Division I athletes, Marcus McMaryion (Oregon State / Fresno State) and Rahmel Dockery (Oregon State / Washington State), who went through the recruiting process, played at the highest level of college football, and learned the hard way what nobody explains to a 16-year-old and his family.

BYPASS THE CONFUSION WITH ATHLETE UNIVERSITY
Access to athletes, coaches, and people inside the game
Not commentators. Not consultants. The people currently living it — athletes in the process, coaches on the other side of the evaluation, and the staff who see how decisions actually get made.
Weekly mentorship calls and live Q&A
Bring your athlete's real situation — the offer, the tape, the tough conversation, the decision you're stuck on — and get a straight answer from someone who's faced it. Every week. No guessing in between.
On-demand masterclass series from experts
Nutrition. Strength. Speed. Mobility. Recruiting. NIL. Position-specific work. Full breakdowns from specialists, available the moment your family needs them — not whenever the next camp comes around.

Questions Parents Ask
Not quite. Recruiting services are built around one thing: getting your athlete in front of coaches. Our focus is wider than that, and it doesn't stop at signing day.
Part of it is helping your athlete become someone worth looking at, and helping your family understand the process well enough to make confident decisions along the way. The other part is everything that comes after the offer. The jump from high school to college athletics is bigger than most families expect, and plenty of talented kids have a hard first year simply because no one told them what was waiting — the academic load, the training standard, the time demands, the way you're expected to carry yourself in a college program. We prepare your athlete for that too, so getting there and being ready for it are the same conversation.
That's a great position to be in, and nothing here asks you to change it. The people developing your athlete day to day are doing important work. Athlete University covers everything that happens around that development — the recruiting, the conversations, the paperwork, the expectations — which is usually the part no one has the time to walk a family through.
Most athletes aren't, and that's completely okay. This is about helping your athlete reach the highest level that's genuinely right for them, whether that's D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO — and getting there without spending years or dollars on the wrong things along the way. The path looks different at every level. The preparation doesn't.
Playing college football is only part of it. Most of what we teach comes from what we learned on the other side of the process.
Marcus played in the era before NIL and then worked on the business side of it afterward, running the NIL collective at Fresno State. He's seen college athletics from both sides of that change — what the process used to be, and what it's become. Rahmel has built a social media following of more than a million and done brand deals with the NFL, Oakley, and others, which is exactly the piece every athlete is told matters without ever being shown how to build.
We also have a network of elite athletes and coaches we can bring into the room — people who have already made the decisions your athlete is about to make, and who are willing to share what they'd do differently.
None of this is theory we studied. It's work we've done, experiences we lived and learned from, and systems we've run. Athlete University is our attempt to simplify all of it for the families coming behind us.
